Adv. Rauda Morcos specializes in labor law, immigration law and family law.  

Rauda has experience in assisting and representing refugees and asylum seekers in the administrative aspect of immigration law.

She gained experience through her work with the HIAS – a non-profit international Jewish organization working around the world to protect refugees who were forced to flee their homeland.

In addition, Rauda is involved in labor law and she represents her clients before the various courts and State authorities.

Rauda has a unique specialization in the field of family law – with an emphasis on representing LGBT couples – while assisting them and providing comprehensive legal advice. She is involved in the process of drafting financial relations agreements, wills, adoption orders and parenting orders.

During her academic studies, Rauda served as a research assistant to Dr. Amalia Sa’ar in her research “Women & Entrepreneurship” Project at the Faculty of Sociology at the University of Haifa, and was awarded the Felipe de Souza International Human Rights Award.

Rauda interned at Moore Stoler & Co. and joined the firm in 2016.

Masters of Law (LL.M) in Human Rights, The College of Management – as part of the “Regulation” program of the Emile Zola Chair for Human Rights.
