Adv. Avi Sarusi is a founding partner in David-Sol law firm and he is the firm’s leader in matters of civil law, including litigation and class actions, labor and employment law, commercial law and real estate.

Avi has more than a decade of experience in the field of commercial litigation and has appeared before various courts and State authorities in large-scale cases in various areas of commercial law, including contracts, real estate, property law and defamation.

During his years of practice, Avi acquired unique expertise in the field of labor and employment law. Specifically, he specialized in provided assistance to Israeli citizens alongside asylum seekers and refugees, and represented employees and employers alike in various lawsuits and proceedings before the courts and the State authorities.

In addition, Avi is an expert in the field of class actions and is well-known in the legal sector in his representation of plaintiffs in complex cases in various civil matters.

As the firm’s leader in commercial law Avi represents renowned companies and partnerships in Israel in a variety of commercial matters, with a focus on professional assistance in real-estate matters, including negotiations sales and lease transactions.

Avi interned in criminal law in the State Prosecutor’s Office (Tel Aviv District) and established David-Sol in 2009.

Avi participated in the legal aid program for disadvantaged groups. He served as a faculty member in Tel Aviv University Law School and as a member of its academic committee.

Also, Avi served as representative for the Israel Bar Association Ethics Committee in disciplinary proceedings and as a member of the editorial board of Tel Aviv University’s leading legal journal Theoretical Inquiries in Law.
